$300 per couple per night - $80 per extra adult per night thereafter.

$3,500 standard weekly rate
$4,000 weekly rate during school holidays
$3,750 weekly rate incorporating a public holiday (except Easter)
Christmas weekly rate - minimum 7 night stay:
$4,500 weekly rate from 23/12/2015 - 9/1/2016
New Year school holiday weekly rate - minimum 7 night stay:
$4,000 weekly rate from 10/1/2016 - 1/2/2016
Easter rate:
4 night stay - $4,000
5 night stay - $4,400
Melbourne Cup Long Weekend:
4 night stay - $3,200
5 night stay - $3,500
Long weekends - weekend rates apply to extra day (public holiday).
